Lifelines and anchors
A lifeline is a safety device used to protect against falls when working at heights. This structure typically consists of a rail or cable attached to several anchor points. It also features passage points and energy absorbers to limit the impact force in the event of a fall. A lifeline can be installed on a wide range of structures, including roofs, bridges, ladders, and towers. The installation can be permanent or temporary (e.g. for a construction site), depending on your needs at the time.

PRODUCT RANGE
Horizontal cable lifeline
The CONEKT lifeline is compatible with eight host supports including steel decking, metal decking with waterproofing complex, wood beams, concrete.
These devices can be manually operated by the user by attaching lanyards to intermediate pass-through brackets, or intermediate points, or continuous passage with a trolley.
Horizontal rail lifeline
The horizontal rail lifeline is a rigid system and is suitable for industrial applications. This rail is installed in an overhead configuration, making it the best system for applications when there is minimal fall clearance.
This system can be mounted on soffits, on the ground, or on the wall, and is ideal for ensuring the safe mobility of industrial workers performing maintenance work on aircrafts, buses, or along overhead bridge cranes.
Vertical cable lifeline
A vertical cable lifeline can be easily adapted to all rung formats of vertical ladders. It ensures the safety of operators vertically accessing telecom networks, towers, industrial installations, wind turbines, or safe access from the outside of buildings.
Vertical rail lifeline
The vertical rail lifeline is a discreet and aesthetic solution for vertical access to buildings. The vertical SecurRail allows access to heights in complete safety. This system can be used to secure vertical and inclined planes.
Two versions are now available: a rail equipped with fixed or folding rungs, and a universal single rail for attachment to a vertical ladder.
Fixed anchors
Fixed anchors provide workers with a secure point of attachment to a building or a machine. The anchor must be strong enough to withstand the load exerted during a fall from a height.
Different types of anchor points are available, and their choice is dependent on the type of building, machine and host structure. Echelle Canada offers a wide range of anchor points to suit all types of supports.
